Cancellation Policy
Appointments for the PC Troubleshooting (Hardware/Software) service may be canceled or rescheduled by the customer no later than twenty‑four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a refund less a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations, reschedule requests, or no‑shows occurring fewer than twenty‑four (24) hours before the scheduled session are non‑refundable and not eligible for rescheduling. Once the session has begun or has been completed, the service fee is non‑refundable.
