Service Description
Build Credit: If you proceed with a full custom PC build through ST Customs, your consultation fee will be credited toward your final build total. 1-on-1 Consultation: A personal consultation through a remote session discussing your budget, needs, and performance goals. PC Parts List: A fully compatible PC parts list made specifically for you and exactly to your liking. Visual & Performance Preview: A custom 3D-rendered preview of your PC build, allowing you to visualize the final aesthetics, component layout, and expected in-game performance across popular titles before assembly begins. Detailed Invoice & Build Estimate: A transparent, itemized invoice outlining all components, labor costs, and a clear build timeline.
Cancellation Policy
The $100 Custom PC Build Consultation fee may be canceled or rescheduled by the customer online no later than twenty‑four (24) hours prior to the scheduled consultation session. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a refund less a 20% cancellation fee ($20). Cancellations, reschedule requests, or no‑shows occurring fewer than twenty‑four (24) hours before the scheduled session are non‑refundable and not eligible for rescheduling. Upon completion of the consultation session, the $100 fee becomes non‑refundable. However, should the customer proceed with a full custom PC build through ST Customs, the consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward the total build cost, provided the build order is placed within six (6) months of the original consultation session date. Consultation credits expire six (6) months after the scheduled consultation session and may not be extended, refunded, or transferred. Once a full custom PC build order has been placed and the consultation credit has been applied, the order is final and non‑refundable.
